Non AOL Member - Trouble Receiving from an AOL account
If you are unable to receive mail from AOL, please let us know whether you are an end-user or if you are the mail administrator at the receiving domain.
Please gather the below information and open a support request.
Required information:
- Email address of the sender (the "From" address)
- Email address of the recipient (the "To" address)
- Date/Time the sender sent the message that was not received.
- The full bounce/error message received by the sender, if they are getting one.
- The IP address the sender uses to send mail. Ask the sender to send an email to ipconfirm@postmaster.aol.com. They will receive a response from "ipconfirm-response@postmaster.aol.com" that contains their connecting IP.
Please submit all of the information requested. If we do not have sufficient information to resolve your issue, your request will be closed and you will receive an automated reply asking you to obtain this information before submitting a new request.
